Coffee Culture

A really interesting coffee Ad. It's not clear whether this is the real deal or just a concept (it looks photoshopped), but if it was real it must have been a trick to set up.

Now In Culti-Vision

It's an advertisement for Farmall Tractors. I'm pretty sure there is an unexplored irony here. As an advertisement what's interesting is the contrast between the rider in black and white, and the tractor in color. It really acts to offset the product.

Shoe Store

This clever bit of ad copy certainly draws attention to an otherwise forgettable shoe store.

“Electronic Mail” Honeywell Style

This magazine spread by Honeywell, brought to us by canadianguy, makes "Electronic Mail" seem almost interesting.

Rocket Dog, Croatian Advertising

I am not sure what Rocket Dog, and neither does Alaskan Dog, but it is an interesting ad nonetheless. If you're ever in Croatia be sure to tell us what you find out.

Mitsubishi Colt, Broken Glass

This clean, eye-catching ad is brought to us from jepoirrier. What I really liked about it is that it combines the cars spectacularly clean lines with the jagged edges of the broken glass.

American Airlines: Stop Stealing Our “Stewardesses”

You can only truly appreciate this ad (captured by noktulo) if you read the copy below it. Before the righteous indignation sets in, be sure to realize that it did come out in 1965. A few years later, the revolution was televised. [HTSAA - Pick Of The Month]
